In the Tar Heel State..
But heres the catch... im just being fed vegeterian food.. i wont be able to eat meat for the next 7 days and my aunt is keeping a tight vigil on me not having access to any (as she calls it) animal caracass!!.. i will be subjected to a vowing ceremony at the end of 7 days of turning vegeterian where i will pledge to never eat a dead animal and will be bestowed upon a certificate ..Hmmm..( I NEED MEAT !!)Its been 2 days in the research triangle of US in Raleigh and Durham and 1 day in the gorgeous summer resort town of Waynesville.. The smoky mountains are beautiful and the picture you see on below is the view i see from the porch of my uncles place where im sitting and blogging this!

The next 2 days is gonna be staying in a cherokee indian village for a day and Kayaking in a grade 4 rapid.. gotta love these vacations.. they r few and far between and dunno when ill be doing this again ..All i know is its definitely is not gonna happen very soon ..

+13.. I am so jealous!
Ahh Harit, it looks like you are having a great time! I agree with you about NY.. I also loved it there, not sure why.. but I am sure it can't be just because of their t-shirts insisting that everyone "heart"'s NYC... There actually is something about the place!
Hi Harit,
Good to see that you're having a fun time. Gosh, it's been a few years since I last met you!
Later,
Aditi
The only thing that struck me in that post is the whole "vegetarian" thing. Harit, without meat. Good lord next you're going to tell us you've committed to celibacy..seriously!! hahahaha.....I seem to remember you piling your plate high with meat at MOntreal NLDC 2005...haha...
Well think of it as the whole detoxing thing...though I'm supposed to meet my guy for Vegetarian food at Govinda's for lunch and the thought is already making me dread the whole thing...lol...I wouldnt survive at your aunt's house!! :)
Well live it up, enjoy all the vegetables you can!! haha...
hehe! too bad about the meat! i can't imagine living without it myself (for longer than the required conference days where we all go vegetarian to save on costs)...
although there's no chicken available in PK nowadays coz of bird flu...
